Now that we've been issued our gear and have had a very unleisurly 36 hours in Cheech attending safety seminars and briefings, we get to board the mighty C-17. This is a gigantic military jet capable of transporting all sorts of mighty cargo. Today's precious cargo is a group of happy Antarctic travelers. |
